The Free plan includes up to 3 team members, 100 MB storage, 2 workspaces, 10 projects, 30 task lists, and 1000 tasks. You get all core features including project views, pages, and real-time collaboration. Upgrade to Starter or Pro to remove these caps and unlock additional modules.

Guest users are external collaborators (clients, contractors, partners) who can access selected spaces and projects without counting toward your paid member limit. Starter includes a 1:1 guest ratio (one guest per paid member). Pro includes a 2:1 guest ratio (two guests per paid member). Enterprise offers custom terms.

The Customer Portal lets you give clients and external stakeholders access to selected tickets, projects, and pages without paying per-seat fees. Pro includes a 100:1 portal user ratio (100 portal users per paid member). Enterprise includes custom limits and dedicated support.

Each plan comes with generous storage limits. If you need more, you can upgrade to a higher tier or contact us for a custom Enterprise plan.
