Daily Workflow
Use the Today, Upcoming, and Inbox pages to plan your day and manage your tasks. This guide shows you how these pages work together and points you to detailed guides for each one.
Pages Overview
Today page — Your main workspace for the current day. Shows tasks due today alongside a calendar timeline with your events.
Upcoming page — A forward-looking view of your future tasks. Switch between three views: Due (horizontal timeline), Inbox (same unscheduled-task inbox as the standalone Inbox page), and Calendar (single-day view).
Inbox page — A holding area for tasks assigned to you that have no start date or due date.
For step-by-step instructions for each page, see the dedicated guides below.
How the Pages Work Together
Start your day on the Today page. Review your To Do list, check time estimates, and see your calendar timeline.
Plan ahead using the Upcoming page. Check the Due view to balance workload across the week. Switch to the Due tab to see the right panel with overdue and upcoming due tasks.
Capture unscheduled tasks in the Inbox. Tasks land here when they have no date set. Set a start or due date to move them to Today or Upcoming.
During the day, work through tasks by priority. Update statuses, add new tasks via quick add, and check the calendar timeline for conflicts.
At day’s end, review the Done section on Today to see what you completed. Navigate to tomorrow to preview upcoming work.

| Upcoming | Future planning | Weekly planning, capacity balancing |
| Inbox | Unscheduled tasks | Capturing tasks without dates |
Task Routing
Tasks move between pages based on their dates:
- No dates → Inbox (unscheduled tasks)
- Start date is today or earlier → Today page (includes overdue tasks)
- No start date, due date is today or earlier → Today page (includes overdue tasks)
- Start or due date = future → Upcoming page
When you set a start or due date on an Inbox task, it moves to Today or Upcoming. You can also drag tasks from the Inbox tab in Upcoming directly onto any day column to assign them a start date.
